Richard did an excellent job what a previous worker failed to complete. He installed a bathroom door cutting new hinge ports, reinstalled electrical outlets, hung bathroom shelves (drilling through tile) and prep bathroom ceiling for paint. He did exactly what I asked him to do and I was totally pleased with his work. He displayed an outstanding work ethic. I highly recommend Richard for any Handyman jobs.

I charge by the job including all materials needed. Will give an estimated time that the project will take and will not increase the estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see photos and description of the job. I can give estimated most of the time over the phone without doing a walkthrough of the project. Will stick to the estimate throughout the project and will not give any unexpected price increase.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working on friends and families homes for over 10 years and I am the go to guy whenever someone is ready to begin their home repair or remodel project.
