First off, would like to say I really like the guy. He's nice, good at problem solving love his story. We agreed upon getting 2 interior doors and 2 exterior door installed along with trim for all the doors in my house. The project was estimated to be done in 2 days. After the first day(Monday) of dealing with a very crooked door jam he left without any installations and said he had to order the doors. Next day(Tues) he sent a text asking if he could come in on Wednesday because he has another job that pays more. I said if course because I want him to make that money! Wednesday came around and he stopped at home depot before he got here to pickup 2 doors that they already had in stock no orders lol. Installed them nicely even though the jams were very crooked. Once again said that he was still waiting for the door he ordered for the exterior so if we could push it even further asking if he could come Friday to finish. Friday morning came and he sent a text telling me " Hey I can finish the doors and trim tomorrow what are you doing then?" I replied with a text stating that I want the project done by the weekend and if he could assure me that it could be done by then so I can plan accordingly as I took off work to be home for all these days. He didnt reply. Waited a 4 hours and texted him again reiterating what I stated before. No reply. Waited another 6 hours texted him again. No reply. Finally texted him " what's the word so I can plan accordingly" and I have yet to get a response and now its Saturday and have to find another person even though he assured me 2 days. A simple response could have negated this whole review but I just feel as some who works in a professional industry, I hold people accountable to their actions. I like Jake, but I dont like his business. Hopefully this helps somebody get real clarification when they're starting their projects with him before they even get started.

This company wanted me to return my items and he would sell me his. The other company build a frame and installed it to fit the door I already purchased.
