Oh my. There are not enough stars for how perfect this private chef dinner was. From the first contact chef Boris and Carolina were so very attentive and lightening fast responders. Carolina is the most organized and sets your mind at ease that no detail will be forgotten or left out. I never worried they would execute our requests to perfection. She's is calming and a can do yes person. Pricing is beyond fair. The food was beautiful. The presentation was contemporary and current. The taste was spot on and no one left a bite on a plate. 10 star flavors and service. Left the place spotless. I have not one thing I would edit. It is so nice knowing before the event even begins you are in good hands. The attention Carolina gives sets all your worries free so chef Boris can come in and just hit it out of the park while you and guests sip cocktails.
Highly recommend!! I had Chantel do desserts for my sister's baby shower and she did an incredible job. Not only were the cookies, cake cops and cupcakes beautiful they also tasted amazing. She delivered the treats to my door giving me one less thing to think about on the day of the party. Will use again. Thanks Chantel and Bella :)

Ashley made the cake for my wedding - a tall task for some, but not for her. To say she knocked it out of the park would be an understatement. First of all the cake - this thing was the simplest, elegant, and most beautiful piece of work in pastry form that I've ever seen and tasted. Ashley's passion for her craft really shines through in her work (see the picture). And second of all the professionalism - Ashley is one bad-@$$ pastry chef, and she is an absolute joy to work with. Super responsive, super helpful, super sweet, super down-to-earth. I can't recommend Ashley enough. 6 stars!
Ashli has made a few cakes for me. She mad my sons baby shower cake, his first birthday cake and most recently his second birthday cake. She always delivers cakes that are beyond my expectations!!! Her cakes are delicious I've never had any complaints from our party guests. I also never have any cake left. Ashli makes everything by hand including her fondant which is my personal favorite. (I've never liked fondant until I tried Ashli's) All of her cakes and pastries are her own personal recipes, I've never tried a flavor I didn't like. I have people in my family who don't even like cake but look forward to her cakes each time we have a party. Not only are her cakes delicious but her decorations are impeccable! Every time I've given her an idea she delivers a cake that exceeds all expectations. Last years theme was kale and the never land pirates this years theme was PJ masks. Both cakes were amazing. Once she created a birthday cake for my dads 50th birthday which was in the shape of a crown royal bottle. I had a special request for her to add crown royal to the cake which she did. She created a whole new recipe just to satisfy her customer, me. The flavor of the cake was delicious and as always the design was flawless! I definitely recommend her to any and everyone who is looking for that statement cake at their next party. Ashli takes great pride in her work. She truly loves and is passionate about each of her designs. She treats each cake as a masterpiece and it truly shows in her work. Thanks Ashli and can't wait until next June for his 3rd birthday!

I don't know how I'm going to do Brian's AMAZING cheesecake justice by only words, haha!! Yes, it is THAT amazing!! I'm cheesecake addict, most I've had are good; but Brian's cheesecake will make you want to chew extremely slow and savor EVERY morsel--never have I taken so long to eat just ONE slice!! 😮 THAT is how I know it is incredibly amazing!! I always want to introduce ppl to it because when you come across a piece of heaven, you want others to feel that same happiness, light, and joy. Can't believe I just described cheesecake that way... this is what happens when you have a slice of Brian's cheesecake 🤤
My company was having a corporate luncheon and I was totally impressed with Laura's professionalism and her food. The food was fantastic and could not stop raving over her braised pork. Laura is very creative with her food selections and the whole luncheon was a hit! Laura was very flexible as I had to move the lunch an hour later and she was extremely nice about it and was very punctual. That is a trait of a true professional chef. We know who we will hire for our next catering experience.

My culinary background is over 10 years of experience including being a banquet chef at The Ritz Carlton in Laguna Beach, CA. Even though my background does come from higher-end cooking, I do not shy away from simple causal cooking. I love to cook and cater to all different events such as, birthdays, weddings, special events, graduations, cocktail parties, pool parties and many more. My goal is to not only deliver you with an ultra-flavorful taste from the food but also to give you a memorable experience that you may look back throughout the years. There is no such thing as too big of an event nor there is too small of one either. I do also have professional helpers if needed to assist me. The way it works is I will draft a menu up for you based on the dishes or theme you may want. Then on the event day, I will come on over to the location either with the food prepped and ready to go or start prepping there to give you more of the authentic surrounding whatever you may choose. Then, I will plate the dishes and serve or if buffet style set up individual dishes to be eaten at will. Then, after that I will clean the location and leave it cleaner than when I arrived to make sure on your end your job is to only enjoy your time with your guests and the experience.
