Alex came on time and set up while I set up for my rest of my party. Then the bounce house was so well received by the guests that we extended our original plan time and she was very flexible and came and cleaned up at a later time and was very pleasant to be around.

Would give 10 stars if I could! We rented the blush pink Clementine bounce house for my daughters 1st birthday and it was the best decision we could have made. It was the first time we ever rented one of these and I am so happy/lucky that we chose Bounce Theory. The girls arrived on time (and even timed the delivery thoughtfully due to some rain), and picked up promptly the next morning. The bounce house was set up in under 30 minutes, was clean, beautiful and even larger and more perfect than I could have imagined. It was such a huge hit with the kids and kept them well-entertained throughout the entire party. We had kids from ages 4-10 and all of them enjoyed the bounce house. The girls who delivered the bounce house helped me hang some of my own decor which I know they did not have to do. Really great service and amazing quality rental. Will definitely be using and recommending Bounce Theory again for future parties!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting with The Bounce Theory, we build a quote based on your inspiration photos and needs. A 50% deposit is made to confirm date, with signed contract. We do offer sample mockups for custom backdrop displays with budget of $500+. These are meant as a guide to help decide which pieces to include in design. Revisions will be made to finalize look once deposit is made, and we work to secure details.
