I will start out by saying that this company was on time and responsive, however I would not consider him to be a handyman. I hired them to caulk a shower. The gentlemen showed up with no tools, and had to use my tools along with my paper towels. The caulk job is horrible and now that it is dry I can see all the poor work. he did not clean up the area and then used my bathroom sink to wash his hands. I would not reccomend this person to do any home maintenance. Buyer beware that the price may loom good but you get what you pay for.

My typical process for a new customer is to get a explanation of what service is needed and also offer a quote and receive pictures of the job if applicable and to schedule to do task asap

I have 7 years experience moving from residential to commercial and also personal. I also offer a wide variety of other services that keep you from having to bounce between companies to get tasks done. We basically do it all.
