Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.

Rene is the best! She's confident in her work and really pays attention to how pilates can work for you. She's very caring, very sweet, and responsive to your needs and questions! I have a background in dance, acrobatics, and yoga, and after having taken pilates only twice I have gained much more body awareness with her privates! Definitely worth it.
I’ve been using Sarah for pilates instruction and all around fitness training. Her style is upbeat and encouraging. Her strengths are pinpointing certain muscle groups and she is great on technique. All around a fantastic trainer. Highly recommended.
What can I say about Helene? I've met her via thumbtack because I had severe lower back issues and PT didn't help me. I've been doing private at home sessions with Helene for almost 2 years now and I will never stop doing them with her. She has changed my life for the good, I have less pain, she monitors me to make sure I don't do anything wrong and she goes above and beyond bringing me props that work for me. Throughout spending so much time she's become more than just my pilates teacher, she's become a close friend whom I trust and can always talk to. She understands how to adapt to different personalities, she is ALWAYS on time and NEVER cancelled on me. When my schedule changes she does everything she can to accommodate. I'm so thankful for thumbtack as they brought me to her. My health and life is better thanks to her.
Lauren is THE BEST pilates instructor in Los Angeles. I take pilates at several different studios around LA and I have yet to find an instructor who continuously challenges me in every single class. Lauren changes each class and I am sore after taking her pilates class. She is very technical, hands on, attentive, and professional. In fact, I follow her to different studios because I enjoy her classes so much! I would recommend Lauren for a beginner to advanced student. She never disappoints and makes me sweat in every class.
I love Jackie’s blend of Pilates, HIIT, strength training, low-impact cardio and other techniques. I’m seeing great results- much better tone, and more strength and stamina- and her positive attitude plus the variety in our workouts keep me motivated and energized. I've been seeing Anne for several years to help deal with recurrent back pain as a byproduct of a herniated disk which led to back surgery. Anne is a magician of bodywork delving into a palette of therapeutic techniques that she has mastered and customizing her treatment not just by client but by session. So, she has both rescued me from both severe debilitating pain when i could barely walk into her office (and left walking normally) and also used Rolfing and Pilates to help with core strengthening/flexibility. I have recommended several friends who were in accidents or just struggling to find treatment that would actually work after various physical therapy efforts failed and they raved about the impact Anne had on them after only a couple sessions.
Barre Body pilates is by far the best gym in the valley. I have tried many gyms and always get injured. Jassmine( the owner) is very knowledgeable and always makes corrections or modifications. She is upbeat, positive, great music and her classes are always different. You will never get bored with the same routine. She also offers a variety of classes such as pilates, TRX, just to name a few. My body has changed so much since I started. Furthermore, am excited everyday to workout instead of dreading it.. Barre Body Pilates ROCKS!!
David is hands down the best pilates instructor I've ever worked with! He is extremely knowledgable about the body and knows exactly how to tailor exercises to meet individual needs. I had a very serious back injury and working consistently with David has greatly improved my mobility, strength, and I now have zero pain. His energy and enthusiasm shines in how he teaches and is truly contagious. I highly recommend David!
