I have a BA in Interior Architecture from UC Davis, and two masters from California Collge of the Arts: one in Industrial Design and the other, an MBA in Design Strategy. I specialize in high-end work and custom creation in the shop as well as on site. I design and build custom indoor and outdoor furniture, planters, woodwork, cabinetry, furniture, trim, and molding. I also repair and refinish fine furniture. I have years of experience doing damage repair. I'm available for smaller projects. I enjoy being challenged by design problems that require a creative solution. I specialize in the repurposing of materials, upcycling and restoration. I have spent years working on LEED certified projects while at the same time restoring some of the finest craftsman and Victorian homes.

We needed some trim and polish work done in our kitchen after a full DIY remodel and Dave came to the rescue.

You get so stressed about the big things that you often forget about the little things that need to be fixed when doing a remodel (e.g. installing trim and baseboards, refinishing the ceiling where the upper cabinets were installed, sanding and caulking edges, etc). Hiring Dave was the best decision. He not only polished everything with amazing craftsman quality so we could move on to the next big install but was also willing to teach you if you happen to want to do things yourself in the future — a homeowner’s dream!

Dave handled our paint job with a level of professionalism that far exceeded expectations. He was extremely responsive and patient in helping to determine the best colors and application for my project. I'd have him back again. Dave was awesome and I felt very safe leaving him alone in my house and with my dog. He had great attention to detail and I am completely happy with his workmanship. Im a single woman and it was great to find a trustworthy guy to paint my house. I am so happy I have someone I can call when I need work done on my house again.
