- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based per project, with a custom quote, at a fixed cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to have a meeting to get all the information we can about your project. Then, we build a proposal for you that outlines what the project will entail, along with the fixed budget. Once the proposal is approved, we send an Invoice for a 50% deposit - work commences when this is fulfilled. After project is completed, the remaining 50% becomes due. Then we high-five and celebrate 👊.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've spent the majority of my career (10+ years) as a documentary filmmaker. Working in that fast-paced environment gave me the opportunity to learn many roles within video production. From project conception to completion, I have lead production teams to create impactful, story-driven content.
