Good communication and offering alternatives when my original choice wasn’t going to be available on my timeline for completion.

We haven't had the work done yet, but I just met with Chris today and decided on using Custom Design for my flooring and carpeting. With one phone call Chris was able to bring samples that were perfect for me to choose from. The overall price was lower than I thought and I can't wait for my new flooring and carpeting. I will update once it's installed. Oh, and Chris was also able to update my couch cushions, which I have been wanting to do for years. :)
