We were highly impressed with Nick as our agent. Being referred from a co-worker we were thankful for his expertise and hands on guidance throughout a normal “stressful” period of selling our home. Nick made is almost stress free. He had a 3 offers within 2 weeks and 1 at asking price (which we accepted and closed in 25 days) his commission structure was the best of the 2 other agents we talked to and he is an actual Real Estate Broker and doesn’t work for someone else or give the other broker more commission so we saved because of that! He also helped us buy a home as well and that was equally as good as the selling process. Thanks!
