Stephen did a great job providing an inspection for the home my wife and I are buying. He was happy to fit in our request, despite a tight turnaround time. During the inspection, he was very chatty, pointing out things we should address and talking us through the details. His written report came a few days later and was a thorough summary of the things we had talked about. I recommend working with Stephen and his wife!

Stephen & Barbara are very professional, responsive, punctual & knowledgable with what they are doing. They went above and beyond my expectation by spending almost 3 hours getting my house home & foundation thoroughly inspected yesterday.
