Im sorry we we not chosen to complete your cracked line the mold removal for your home. We went and gave you an estimate and you said no thank you. We were never allowed to start. We try to give everyone a quote at the begining, and our cimpany always ask for a deposit with all jobs. Some jobs we have to see before we can confirm the estimate.

The workers were so kind but not prepared for this type of job...moving heavy, quality furniture. The move was delayed 4 hours and when they arrived the moving truck was too small, no proper protection for the furniture and they did not anticipate the amount of furniture. I should have insisted on an in- person estimate. If it had been up to me and not my husband, I would have stopped the move. The amount of damage done to my furniture and home will cost me thousands! The job was too big and I wished they would have declined the move. I'm so disappointed over the condition of my furniture I cannot describe my pain. They are not licensed or bonded movers...there was no insurance involved and I have to pay for all the damage. Beware of low pricing...it was a red flag and I should have followed my gut instincts.

We were prepared for your move. And if you want to have the insurance pay for your items we can make a claim. 26' truck is big enough to move a 3 bedroom home. The was a foot of a dresser that chipped in the truck. Most of you items were damaged and chipped when we took them out of your home. And we notified your husband of this. We plastic and bubbled wraped your items and you said thank you for moving your items not if you can file a claim. And we were not 4 hours late you originally asked to start at 8am on 29th when you finalized the deal and since we are based in high desert we said we would be there at 10:30am. We did arrive an hour late but it was because the truck for your move was not there it was returned late. Also you knew that you bought a home with a difficult stair case for your furtinture. The damage comming out of your home should have reflected this. Like we said we notified your husband before it left your door of the loading home. Having twisted stairs and huge furtinture that wont fit isnt very smart, im sorry. You knew what furtinture you had and you pick a home that you cant bring it into. You never said that you want each individual item blanketed bubbled and wraped. We had talked about mirrors and paintings we wraped each item as requested, we bubble wraped each mirror and painting. When we left you did not mention any thing about broken furtinture or damages. I personally saw the damaged foot and asked who moved the item and was told it happened on the truck. Next yime before leaving a bad review and saying we are not bondded or insured maybe you should ask first to have your items go through the insurance we have. You never contacted me for insurance or anything before you wrote this review. Shame on you for trying to hurt a reputable company when you never contacted us first.
