Chef Marble was amazing! He was very responsive leading up to our event, and very flexible/helpful in planning the menu. We really appreciated his punctuality and friendliness while he prepared the food, which also tasted fantastic! The whole process was smooth and seamless - would definitely use his services again in the future!
