You have to understand that your body will not change without eating exactly what’s needed. Rami showed me every macronutrient i need. My carbs proteins and fats were adjusted by rami on a weekly basis according to my weight. This is a science backed approach so it WILL work if you follow exactly what rami has. My transformation will blow your mind. It’s amazing what Rami showed me. It opened my mind to what my body needs. I look at food completely different. I also have enough knowledge myself to even teach someone ! More importantly, i have enough knowledge to stay healthy. I cannot thank this man rami enough. He really found the key to success in fitness. He taught me EVERYTHING from A-Z. Thank you rami i hope you can change more lives.
