- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If your within 15 miles of our home base in Yucaipa, we will provide you a free quote for any job is we’re unable to quote it virtually.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule your appointment, request address and verify contact number. You’ll receive a text message from us confirming the job is scheduled. After the job is complete and payment has been received, we will send you a “Paid” invoice.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both commercial and residential customers.
