I have used Prime Plumbing Experts twice. On the first occasion, I called several plumbing companies because I needed to unplug one of my toilets. Several companies wanted almost $500 and would not be able to work on my toilet for a couple days. When I called Prime Plumbing Experts, they came out the next day, gave me a better price and had the job done within 30-minutes (removed the toilet, unplugged the toilet line, put the new seal and toilet back in place). Jonatan knew exactly what he was doing. He was quick and clean.
On the second occasion, I needed my kitchen sink unplugged. I called Prime Plumbing Experts again. Jonatan came out the next day. I showed him the sink, turned on the water and instantly he said he hears it. Jonatan went straight to work, dismantling the pipes underneath the sink. I asked Jonatan if he needed to take a picture of how the pipes go. Jonatan said he knows how to put all the pipes back together and he sure did. Within 30-minutes he had the line cleared and everything put back together. Again, he was quick and clean.

We reached out to get a quote and they were very quick to respond. They are also flexible with the days and times they can provide the service. Jonathan serviced out tankless water heater and arrived on time and was professional. We were happy with his work and got a quote to redo the plumbing for our water heater. He gave us various options with pros and cons for each. He came back another day and again provided excellent service. Pricing is affordable and they are reliable. Will use them again for other services.
