Although he was unable to do the work do to the complication of the job (removing an under-mounted sink from granite countertop to install a new one), he was respectful and courteous with his explanation as to why he preferred not to do the job. Good customer service is hard to find these days but Dalmatian Plumbing has one of the few professionals out there - they call him ‘General’!"See more

Bev Littlefield says, "I contacted 360 Plumbing about a clogged kitchen sink on last Saturday afternoon, first via Nextdoor Chastain, which then took me to the Thumbtack platform (provider can be reached directly, however.) I received a call back within from Anthony Thompson within a half hour. As this was not an emergency, we set an appointment for Monday afternoon. Anthony called to confirm that he was on his way, arrived promptly, and worked carefully and efficiently to unclog and clean the drain.He made several recommendations for future preventive services, given the age of my home, its plumbing lines and appliances. Anthony is a master plumber with 13 years experience. He is professional, personable and his rates are reasonable to me, especially when many plumbing businesses prefer the larger jobs and won't even book an appointment for smaller plumbing repairs, such as a clogged drain or running toilet.I'm glad to have met Anthony and highly recommend him for your plumbing service needs. He and his business are rated A+ by the BBB.I consider the fee reasonable and I look forward to continuing to do business with 360 Plumbing. (P.S. Anthony was nice to my nosy cat.)"See more
