He treats your house with care and willing to explain all of the actions he is doing and offering the why. I really appreciate that he doesn’t let you fall into traps because of your own bad ideas. For example if I had an idea he would explain to me the pit falls of that idea and offer better solutions, this is invaluable because of the potential disasters that can come from plumbing mistakes. I appreciate his honesty and forthcoming actions. If I can help it I will only use Dodson and Son plumbing going forward. Did I mention WAY cheaper than any other service I was quoted? His bargain prices are in no way indicative of his level of craftsmanship, I was beyond elated with his work and was thinking the final bill would be much higher. With the high level of work I felt like I was stealing. You won’t go wrong hiring this company."See more

larry wilson says, "Well just like their name implies, "Quick Action Plumbers", I called the Mableton location at 9am about a problem with my pressure reducing valve, after hanging up the very nice receptionist text me, scheduling me for a time window of 10am - 1pm, letting me know that the Technician would text me when they were on their way. At 10am the Technician text me and he was there at 10:05am along with his associate! They were both professional and extremely nice, and did a great job replacing the valve. Plus they gave me a senior citizen discount!"See more
