Jason has done excellent work for my property management company on a number of small and large projects. He has a broad skill set and is a hard worker. He shows up when he says he will and works the project to the end. He also is an independent worker -- show him the job and he gets after it. He also is an excellent problem-solver, offering good solutions to various issues. His rates are fair and competitive. I plan to keep Jason busy! :)

Jason has performed outstanding work on two significant jobs on properties here in Arvada. The first was finishing a power room in the lower floor of a tri-level house. The workmanship was excellent and the job was finished in record time and under budget.
With this experience, Jason was employed to finish our 900 square foot basement. His work again was excellent and all of the sub contractors were top notch, reliable and honest. Again, the work was very professional, on time and on budget.
Jason has also assist me in major repairs on other rental properties and again is very reliable.
I will use Jason for any future major construction project and highly recommend him.

Great experience! Mr. Ylarraz finished my basement, and built a pergola and deck for me. I couldn't be happier. Both jobs were done beyond my expectations and within the timeline I was told it would take. Jason's work is professional and has such an improvement in my home and yard. 3 of my neighbors have requested his contact information after seeing the work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge on a cost-plus basis. We keep track of all receipts, sub-contractor invoices and labor hours (all for your viewing), then add 15%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a free on sight consultation. Then help with any questions you may have regarding design, layout and pricing advise. Then once we have an idea of the project scope, we will provide a detailed bid for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive worked in the construction industry for most my life, 30+ yrs experience. I also have a degree in Finance and Accounting. With the combination of the two I am focused and through on the financial and building/design aspects.
