- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On hourly jobs,..we charge $75 / hr. The initial trip is $135 and that covers the trip and the first hour. All hours thereafter are $75 For estimates, I charge $135 for the trip and the time. If the proposal is accepted, then that fee is applied to the contract amount
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through construction management school,..and have an associates in horticulture which is relevant to the greenhouse construction. I have been in construction for over 40 years starting from the bottom and working my way to 1-2 million dollar commercial projests
