We hired Dita with nDITAdo Events to plan a surprise 80th birthday party for my dad, and she was fantastic to work with. She was professional, communicated well, and was very personable. She brought great ideas and suggestions that helped shape the event and made it feel really special.
She was accommodating and collaborative throughout the process, always open to feedback and small changes. The timeline she created was easy to access, read, and follow, which kept us organized and took a lot of stress off our family. We’d happily recommend nDITAdo Events to anyone looking for an event planner.

Dita is fabulous! She was our day of weddingcoordinator at the Denver botanical gardens and she did an amazing job! On top of her being punctual, on time for every call and appointment, being very professional, never dropping the ball and helping with every detail, she got rid of so much of my wedding planning anxiety and stress. I was on the verge of tears when I finally found her. She helped to manage both of us (which we needed) but also managed all of our vendors and kept everything flowing seamlessly and in sync. She has so much experience and will hold your hand and tell you exactly what you need to get done. She also put together a perfect timeline and just couldn’t have imagined going through this entire process without her help. She even took pictures behind the scenes for us and helped us to donate all of the extra flowers to retirement homes. She’s a gem, most people I interviewed gave us 15 minutes at most, Dita talked to us for a full hour before being hired. I hope we get to work with her again one day because she’s also just a really lovely person to talk to.
If you're even considering a wedding planner, Dita has to be your choice! She sets the standard in this industry! From the beginning, Dita sent us her checklist looking out a year from the wedding, she met with us regularly and made herself available whenever we needed her despite how many other couples she's working with who are lucky to have her services.
She had all of our other vendors in perfect coordination for the day of and was a master problem solver on the day of when handling unexpected hiccups. She was a fierce advocate for getting us a fair price from all of our vendors and saved us a good amount of money by doing this which we are so thankful for as we all know how pricey weddings can get. Dita last minute stepped in as our MC, helped dismiss our guests to head to the buffet line and guided our guests our around unique venue to make sure the night ran smoothly and we stayed right on time.
Dita thinks of everyting for you and knows so much about the details and happenings of a wedding that you are in such good hands with her leadership. She even went the extra mile to take pictures of the small details of our decor that sometimes photographers forget to capture. There was a sweet moment where my wife and I were tearing up the dance floor showing off our best moves and we looked to the side and Dita was there capturing it all on a quick video for us, beaming as she could tell how much fun we were having and we have her exceptional efforts as our wedding planner to thank for that!
We've heard from so many guests how smooth and seamless our wedding was and we always immediately answer that Dita was the main reason for that! If you want someone to run a tight ship, insulate you from any inconveniences on the day of and prioritize your experience on your wedding night, Dita is for you! We were very lucky to have found Dita as our event planner. We we were travelling from out of state to Breckenridge for our daughters birthday. She was in regular contact with us to plan and execute the event to perfection. The venue décor turned out to be amazing and everyone loved it. She even did after event cleanup the next day and rearranged everything back to exactly as it was in the rental venue. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a great event planner!

Truly can not say enough good things about Dita. She was our day of coordinator for our destination wedding in CO. Prior to the event she gave helpful advice during my planning process to make sure I had all my bases covered. During the event I could not have asked for a better point person to run the ship. Even when we realized I forgot about the table numbers well into cocktail hour Dita had a solution immediately available. She is a true professional!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a true believer that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life! I do my best to make sure it's perfect and there is still something left for your future!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on your needs I meet with you a minimum of 3 times in person (if possible) as your day-of coordinator (meaning you do all the vendor meetings, contracts, and arrangements, and I put it all together including the timeline and supervise the rehearsal and the day of) If you want, need and or desire more than the day of coordinator we I can do that too but many brides want to do it all themselves. I am here as much or as little as you need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of event experience! Ranging and specializing in Weddings, Engagement parties, International Trade Shows, Government and Business Events, Family Events, and even Sports Team Championship Parades!
