- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always give price estimates in-person, so we can be sure to give you an accurate scope of work for your particular scenario! Any trust-worthy plumber does not give prices over the phone before assessing the situation!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we call or message the customer and ask what the general issues seem to be. Then we ask where they're located so we can assess which team member is closest to get onsite as soon as possible, based on the customer's availability!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of plumbers have decades of experience between them! They have all worked for other plumbing companies in the past, and have years of extensive training. There aren't many scenarios these pros haven't seen up-close and personal!
