- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a friendly consultation-listen to what they want and assess the space. Then I provide a clear estimate and timeline, laying out materials and cost. Once they approve and collecting a deposit, we finalize the design, order materials and schedule the work. Throughout the project, I keep the customer updated. Completion of the job I wrap it up with a walkthrough to ensure customer is happy with the work.

I've took small construction classes when I was younger and now, I've been remodeling for over 20 years.
