So far we've had our family room completely tiled in "wood like" ceramic tiles, and it looks fantastic. The communication with this company was good, but the contractor they sent out to do the work was immaculate. He took such pride in his work, we couldn't be happier. The job took longer than expected, but in the words of the contractor "I could have done it in two days if I didn't care about my work". He really did care, and we love the end result.
