Hannah has been great to our townhouse! She is very careful and thorough, makes the place seem like brand new once she is through. She has been very accommodating with our schedules and our requests, and always very communicative. We and our cats love her sustainable cleaning methods, would definitely recommend her to anyone with pets, or anyone else for that matter!

We hired Sustainable Shine to do a deep clean to our old house that has been worn and torn by two young kids over the last few years. These gals did a bang up job and really got into the nitty gritty corners of the house. The place looks great now! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote a customer prior to each clean to agree on the price for a cleaning! This price should not change unless circumstances in the home change.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do a quick walk-through with all new customers so we can better understand exactly what a client is looking for. The walk-through helps us tailor the cleaning experience to what matters to each client!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B/S from Colorado School of Mines in Environmental Engineering. My degree piqued my interest in sustainable practices and using healthy products.
