Introduction: Hello, my name is Amber and I have been doing home and office cleaning for 20yrs. My focus is on quality and customer satisfaction. My top priority is safety for myself and my customers so I will always preform my tasks wearing a mask as well as during our interactions. I am certified in Office Sterilization as well as Infection Control, and Microbiology so you can rest assured that all areas I'm working on are properly cleaned and sanitized. I am very thorough in my tasks therefore instead of cleaning by the hour, I charge by the number of rooms and how much cleaning is needed per room. I understand that it can be scary having a stranger come to your home and/or office that is why I will always inform you of the times I will be there and let you know when I'm leaving. Taylor Maid cleaned my ceiling fans, the glass doors in the kitchen cabinets and 1 full bathroom. She even cleaned the shelves in my garden window which is very hard to reach over the countertop. And she also wiped down the ceiling in the bathroom. The garden window and the bathroom were above and beyond what was expected. Very happy with the service.

What a great team! So professional and amazing staff. I had the pleasure of working with Amber and she did an amazing job helping me with getting the schedule confirmed. I was still really nervous about the process about hiring a cleaning crew and Amber was wonderful going through what I could expect. And confirming what time I could expect their crew there. What a great and efficient team that showed up to get the job done. I couldn’t be happier and would hands down recommend them again and again to anyone that needs a cleaning service! I'm very thankful to have had Amber's help cleaning our home. She made me feel at ease from the moment we talked, and upon arrival, she made sure to ask what we would like to have cleaned. More than we expected was done, due to some trouble areas, and look forward to a continued thorough cleaning. Since I never have been asked what I wanted help with before, I didn't know how to direct her specifically, but now I'll have a better understanding for the next time. There will definitely be a next time because I appreciate all her hard work and friendliness! I was very nervous about hiring someone off Thumbtack, but she made us feel very comfortable even before the day scheduled, and I would love nothing more than to work with her again and would recommend her to anyone!
