- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to schedule a call to get more details on the project and any specific concerns or question the customer may have. In this call we also like to schedule an in-person walk through. After the walk through we will send over an estimate with the job description included. Once we have discussed scheduling to complete the project and the customer signs the estimate, We can begin work. Once the project has met the terms, we will send over an invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a United States Marine I graduated from Marine Corp Communications-Electronics school in California. As I trained in the field and worked my way up to journeyman electrician, I went to school. I graduated from ABC in 2017 receiving my NCCER.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The Marine Corp was a big start in my drive to learn and grow in this industry. Although I have always been interested in knowing more about electricity as far back as I can remember.
