My professional involvement with Mr. Randall and his team (Diane) have been a FIVE STAR experience thus far! He is helping me with my custody case for my son and child support issues, (a very sticky situation.) First & foremost I am so lucky that he is a believer in the Lord and allows God to work thru him in his profession. Not a lot of attorneys would take the time to pray with you before hearings or at meetings (No extra charge ;-) His values & principal's make him go ABOVE & BEYOND with his ability to work on my cases, therefore showing his 'High Level' in the quality of his work. I highly recommend Mr. Randall to all the Denver Metro area and surrounding areas. As he is has a strong former military background, tenacious faith and a man of Integrity!

I would begin by saying Mr. Randy Corporon is a man with due knowledge and has continually shown to be well studied in family law. I most appreciate his expierence when things are "brewing" and his ability to be flexible when crisies are pending. Knowing he himself is a family man is particularly appealing. Mr. Randy Corporon is able to dispatch imperative information running in concordance with deadlines. He calls it like it is and is straightforward with you and great at fair negotiations even when the other side is relentless with playing dirty and schemes. Mr. Corporon also employs a team of professionals for which I have the utmost respect and confidence. Randy is an even tempered, Business Law, exceptional who I count on with full confidence to do the utmost to my value while staying engaged. I firmly support and admire and would most definitely recommend  The Law Office of Randy B. Corporon for your legal needs.

First, let me say that I have never had an injury where I was required to hire an attorney. Having been hit by a truck while riding my bicycle I required legal representation. After interviewing many different attorneys, I chose Zaner Harden Law. My wife and I are extremely appreciative of all Mr. Kurt Zaner and his staff have done for us. His high level of skill, knowledge, and professionalism has made this journey a relatively painless process. He or his paralegal, Jenny, were in constant contact with me keeping me up to date on all that was transpiring as we moved through the process. Kurt’s exceedingly high level of abilities made it seem almost effortless in how he presented my case so well. His actions left the opposing insurance company with virtually no option but to accept our demand for payment of their maximum limit of coverage. This was accomplished without having to go to trial. I am an airline pilot. In my profession, when someone would say an individual operates an aircraft so well that he is a “natural”, the truth is that there are no naturals, only individuals who work very hard at being the best at what they do. I believe this is a perfect analogy for Kurt along with the other attorneys and staff at his firm. Thanks to all at Zaner Harden Law firm and especially to Kurt for his skill and leadership.

I am very happy with the advice and legal representation that I received from Backus & Schanker. I cannot think of any way that you could improve your already outstanding service! Your availability both by phone and email is truly outstanding. Everyone I came in contact at your office was professional, courteous and very helpful. I particularly want to acknowledge Sara Green for her assistance with my case. Her advice, support and availability (both by phone and email) make a difficult situation bearable! In addition, I was greatly impressed by her poise and command of the law. I am glad she was on my side.

I have had Autumn Scardina as my attorney since 2015 for two family matters. Before her I had used two attorneys and consulted with probably a dozen. Autumn is certainly the best that I have known. She is an excellent communicator, and she is flexible and creative. Sh also has integrity. She is ethical, but not a rigid paper pusher. She bills fairly. Most importantly, she is a keen advocate. I had been screwed over by a bad attorney and law firm, and was uncertain when looking for new attorneys. It would not be an exaggeration to say that I had had no faith in attorneys due to past experiences. Autumn changed that. I have been very satisfied with Autumn and felt that I truly have someone looking out for me. Some attorneys behave wonderfully at first, and then gradually under-perform or simply do not follow through. Autumn has not done that over the years. She has been consistently passionate and dedicated. When a situation changed so that she changed her opinion, she explained to and communicated with me clearly. My second family law matter is not yet over, but I do not feel as stressed and fearful as I could have because of her. I highly recommend Autumn and Scardina Law.

    Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

What is a personal injury lawyer?

A personal injury lawyer fights on your behalf if you’ve been injured physically, psychologically, economically or in reputation. This injury may be the result of neglect or malicious intent of another person, or it could be at the hands of a business, government or other entity. Personal injury lawyers specialize in tort law, which is the law of civil wrongs like car accidents, company wrongdoing, unlawful imprisonment and more.

To become qualified to be a personal injury lawyer in the United States, a person must earn a bachelor’s degree, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from a law school. Most states then require the person to pass the bar exam to become licensed to practice law. Unlike many attorneys who require a retainer, personal injury lawyers often work on contingency fees. This means that in lieu of payment upfront, they receive an agreed-upon percentage of the settlement in case of a win.

What should you look for in a personal injury lawyer?

A personal injury lawyer will advocate for your legal rights if you’ve been hurt in an accident at work or in daily life, have suffered from medical malpractice, or are struggling to have your insurance carrier cover your needs. It may be helpful to talk with two or three lawyers before selecting one. When looking for a personal injury lawyer, research their reviews and make sure former clients have had good experiences with them. Next, make sure the personal injury lawyer has experience and proven success winning cases similar to yours. Confirm that the lawyer is licensed to provide services in your state. When you find a qualified personal injury lawyer with whom you want to work, freely discuss payment and fees before any work begins. Most lawyers offer a free consultation to learn what your case is about and explain their rates. Personal injury attorneys typically receive a percentage of your settlement (called a contingency fee), so they are paid after the trial or case is complete. Keep in mind that some attorneys have fees that you must pay even if you don’t win your trial. It’s important to understand these details before work begins so you don’t have any unhappy surprises later. Lastly, it’s wise to choose a personal injury lawyer that you have confidence in and with whom you can communicate openly and honestly.
