I wish I took more photos of the amazing food this husband wife team cooked for our group of ten!!! We booked about one week out for an in home dinner at our VRBO in Breck. The appetizers were mouth watering, soup was delicious, main course was to die for, and the dessert was the perfect ending to the night. Get the chef speciality! We will be repeat customers.

We had a great experience with Luxury Meals. We booked their services for a group event in Vail. They were responsive, professional, and the meal was fantastic. They even made a special meal for my vegetarian friend. On top of all that they made the best old fashioned me and my friends have ever had. Will definitely hire them again for group events.

I took a few days to let the dust settle after our wedding to write this review. Even now, it’s hard to communicate what was best about Randy and his wife. The food, the flexibility, and the clear passion for their work were all above expectation. My wife and I are “casual foodies”; we enjoy food, we enjoy (bad) food reality tv, we enjoy cooking for each other, and we have zero professional experience. For any chef, that terrible combination of “knowing only so much to be annoying” is probably not a great start. But - we still can’t get over how great this experience was. And not just us. We have fat friends. Their comment? “This is the best salad I’ve ever had in my life.” And that was just the salad. The “ratatouille” hors d’oeuvres, the parsnip purée, the oysters, and finally the beef filet, left us day dreaming about the food a week later. Randy’s partner and wife, Angela, also crushed the service (in addition to cooking too). Served, bussed, filled waters, and was just generally pleasant to be around. Spare the money on a fancy restaurant. Eat spectacular food somewhere you already love and have these two do it for you. We will, beyond a shadow of a doubt, do this again.

We celebrated our parent’s 40th wedding anniversary and Randy and Nathan were excellent! Food was fantastic and so was the presentation. Our parents couldn’t have been happier!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the menu and service provided, it is subject to change. It is negotiable, I do many styles of events anything from casual "drop-off' catering to fine dining private dinners. High-end dinners are generally around 100 dollars a person. For two people you are looking at a minimum of 350. They are generally 4-6 courses made to your specifications. Dinners for 3 - 6 run for $120 a person taxes and travel included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be polite and understand. Do everything you can to meet their needs. Go above and beyond if need be. Keep the client happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate's in culinary arts, and almost 20 years in mostly fine dining restaurants. I have serve safe and HAACP food handling certifications. Have won many awards and accolades for my professionalism and plates.
