- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to set up a program wherein we agree to meet for a minimum of 6 classes, or on a monthly basis. Students need to commit to a dedicated time in which they agree to take the opportunity to get to know the teacher and become acquainted with the methods the teacher chooses to use in class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My primary concern with all new customers is to define exactly what their goals are and then to discuss with them a program will fulfill their requirements, When I meet with them for the first time, my purpose is to find out where they are in their ability to handle the targeted subject matter. The training is then specifically designed to fit their needs using the learning abilities they have previously acquired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Reading Specialist, I have been able to appreciate the complete process involving the steps to learning to read. Training young children in our current society to adapt to the keyboard and modern technology is a challenge that involves a continual learning process for all of us.
