- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee per resume; I'm also happy to help with cover letters and LinkedIn profiles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll work with you personally to understand your goals and background, either through email or a phone call. Then I'll provide a revised copy of your resume or cover letter for discussion and review. I'll then make final edits based on your feedback--and you'll be ready to start applying for jobs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA, and I work on a cross-functional team for a large (and growing) company. In that capacity, I've reviewed thousands of resumes for applicants from the analyst to vice-president level. I've seen what works, and I understand the simple things applicants can do to make their resume stand out from the crowd.
