I found Chip while searching for someone or a company to transfer my old videos from camcorders taken throughout the years. Chip seemed the most responsible and trustworthy that I spoke with. I really enjoyed working with Chip. The correspondence, instructions on shipping, delivery, and the swift turnaround time was greatly appreciated. The materials I submitted are very special to me and I must admit that I was nervous sending them in the mail to a new company. Chip made me feel as if my personal property was his own by informing me when the materials arrived and when they were returned.
