What I enjoy most about cake decorating and baking is the creativity that I can allow myself to have. To be able to take simple ingredients, mix them together and create something exceptional. Holly is truly amazing, our cake was so beautiful I got teary and started telling everyone at our wedding that they had to go look at it, it was a true piece of art. The flavor was amazing, we had apple sauce and cinnamon with honey caramel filling. Every guest was floored at how great it tasted and how light and fluffy the frosting was. I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed. The picture I'm attaching isn't the greatest but we haven't got our professional ones back yet.
