- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've listed common sizes as 9x12 and 16x20". I also have larger or Custom sizes available. Prices change periodically as popularity increases. Customers are responsible for any tariff taxes due from shipping across country boarders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is the process for a Pet Portrait. Additional information is available on my website with photos of different sized Portraits. ElyseGalloway. com 1) You can reach out or Purchase a Free consultation from my website. We will discuss the project, size, timeline, photo references, and price details. 2) Email your pet photos to: art@ elysegalloway .com 3) I'll send your secure digital invoice through my website to the email you provide. You'll pay the first 50% (this is non-refundable) to secure your timeline and to purchase supplies. 4) I will create a digital mock-up with options for you to decide on a background. 5) I'll complete your painting per our timeline as discussed and send you periodic updates. 6) Once complete and approved, I'll send you a Final Invoice with the remaining balance to include shipping. 7) Once you receive it, Please send me a photo of your painting and a review of your experience! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of firsthand, On The Job experience. I'm currently working on my BFA degree in Illustration, emphasis in Children's Books.
