Sean is a very dedicated carpenter who finishes the work and allows for the scope of the work to be completed in due time. You don't have to worry about job completion or cost for he is accurate and fair. I highly recommend Sean for both small and large projects.Nov 5, 2014
Sean Dylan was fantastic! He arrived right on time, I took him through my apartment showing him each of the projects and he got right to work. He hung shelves, finished assembling an Ikea shelf that gave me the blues, replaced a shower head, fixed some chair legs and lots of other odds and ends. He basically took care of all of the annoying little projects on my To Do List. He was fast, very competent and a great guy. I will definitely be hiring him for all of my projects moving forward.Apr 28, 2014Verified
Dylan works very hard, quickly and carefully. He did an absolutely wonderful job on several projects in our 1902 home, working masterfully with uneven walls, wavy floors and even an eagerly playful puppy!Apr 10, 2014
Great job on the floor tiling. I am getting rave reviews on the backsplash. ThanksApr 4, 2014
Honest. Hard worker. Very capable. Sean did work for me on building a patio. His expertise is finishing work, but he did great on this landscaping project as well. Again I will say Sean is honest and dependable and has very reasonable rates. I highly recommendMar 20, 2014

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is very simple. I look at the job and give you a written estimate for labor and materials. If the work is continuous and difficult to define, than I charge by the hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly learning from websites related to my field of work, as well as getting advice from fellow experts. I receive a lot of good tips from older employees at Home Depot who are actual retirees from General Contracting and have decades of experience in a variety of construction trades.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've always enjoyed working with my hands, and get a lot of fulfillment from seeing the fruits of my labor right before my eyes in an impressive piece of accomplishment.
