Xoshil and her team were AMAZING! Before the wedding, she was super communicative, and I knew we were on the same page before the event started. During the event, she and her team stepped in to assist with rapidly filling waters (on what was, I swear, the hottest day of the year - a guest or two may have gone down because of the heat). As a planner, it is not uncommon for me to grab a vendor plate and eat 3 bites because I'm running around on behalf of the couple and making sure everything's on time/everyone's where they need to be. Xoshil tracked me down more than once to either make sure I had a plan for dinner and once I finally sat down to eat, she made sure I had enough. It was a super kind gesture that did not go unnoticed. I CAN NOT WAIT to work with Pura Vida again!

We contracted with Pura Vida for our October wedding, including buffet service, and couldn't be happier with our choice.We signed up for a tasting, which is really what sealed it for us; The food was great, Xoshil was a pleasure to meet in person, and we were surprised with a dish not originally requested (scalloped potatoes, and highly recommended).After signing them up, and leading up to the wedding, Xoshil maintained consistent and professional communication....even when we had to get a little nitpicky about dietary restrictions. :(If you're reading this and still on the fence, try a tasting. Call it a date night. Try the braised beef, scalloped potatoes, and DEFINITELY the zucchini feta roll ...things.
