I prefer to make all my food from scratch. I use fresh ingredients and can accommodate organics, vegan. vegetarian, gluten and dairy intolerances when requested. I am willing to consider most budgets and offer some really excellent choices to match your needs. I love making home made food that people love. Not the " run of the mill" food. Pam was extremely helpful in working through the planning phase of our company's Open House and made this part of the process much less stressful. And on the night of the event... the food was fantastic, the staff professional and friendly, and our guest were impressed! It was a great partnership!

We had brunch for our children's birthday and Pam was catering it. She arrived on time, prepared everything with such ease and confidence. The food was delicious, well presented.
