Unfortunately, after receiving our initial phone call, we never heard back from him on setting up a time to provide a bid. He said he would give us a call, but unfortunately, never did. We ended up finding another installer for our project and had a great experience. But were disappointed about never getting a call from Kirk.

My review is practically the same as the previous one, except Kirk did come over to see the project. That was over a week ago, and I've not heard back from him. Normally I would call the person to see if he was going to deliver a bid, but because of the other Thumbtack review I decided to just look for someone else to do the job.

Very friendly, responded quickly on thumbtack and was able to complete the job the very same day. Very professional and knowledeable on the task asked to complete which was winterization of sprinkler system. Will keep his name and number for further projects. :-) thank you!

Kirk was great! He was able to come out quickly at a time that worked around my schedule. He was able to fix my disposal within 15 mins. I then asked if he could hang a couple of shelves, which he did and perfectly. I also asked if he was capable of winterizing my sprinklers and he was able to get that done too! Three projects in one hour at a very reasonable price.
