- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are already lower than the competition, I offer discounts for multiple services or products installed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultation, then if needed an in-home verification. Then once the price is determined a deposit is collected (usually 50%), then the balance is collected upon completion of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and I have an MBA with IT concentration. I also have several low-voltage certifications including security systems/alarms
