R & K was absolutely fabulous from day one. They immediately responded to my request for a bid. They sent over a very reasonable bid and I ended up going with them because they were quick to respond, professional, answered all of my questions and were able to get me scheduled quickly.
They sent a team of two to power wash/restore and then stain and seal my pergola. The owner was very communicative about the entire process, asked about the shade of the stain for the wood, and they arrived when they said they would and finished the same day and left a clean work area behind. THANK YOU!
We give them our unqualified recommendation! Robert and his crews saved our deck, installed new siding, replaced windows and repainted the entire house. The crews were professional, friendly and worked on our house with the same care as if it were their own. True craftsmen and women! They went out of their way to address our concerns and additional requests we had along the way. The prices for the services were very reasonable and we feel we received great value in return. Will definitely use again!
These guys are legit. They repainted/refinished a deck from one of our rental properties in Castle Rock. The quality was excellent and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. The deck looks brand new.
