I had to update my outlets in a rush for my rental and Ivan literally felt like he came to the rescue. My tenants said he was a great person and he was very professional in responding to my requests for updates and pictures. I will add, it can be a bit terrifying out there for women on their own to find a good, honest, and reasonably priced professional with great skills.
