- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a flare rate pricing on parts so everyone gets the same price for the same parts no matter how long or short it takes to make the repair. Installs are custom price due the fact that everyone has different comfort needs and each system is different to install.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We figure out the need and wants of the customers and do our best to work it into their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple NATE certifications, Universal EPA and Mechanical License. Training is a never ending thing in this industry and Trade schooling.
