I hired Victor to demo my old deck and couldn’t be happier. He was professional from start to finish, on time everyday, clear in his communication, and respectful of my property. The work was top quality, project finished on schedule and exactly as quoted. Highly recommend!

Exceptional work in everyway. Victor's youth and youthful appearance belies his excellent workmanship and strong work ethic. Victor deconstructed two large section of roof and supporting columns due to water getting behind stucco and a failed drange system. Victor then rebuilt the two roof sections to match what had been there before. One section was re-stuccoed (stocco done by others) but roofing stucco work was coordinated with the new roof built by Victor. Second section of the roof was also built by Victor as a series of boxes to coordinate with an attached gazebo. (Photo of new work shown). Victor was fast and flexible with a strong desire to please his customer. The construction was carried out with care and precision (almost more like furniture building than roof decking). The final result was an excellent reconstruction.

We are very pleased with the quality of the work, as well as the efficiency and professionalism provided by Girard Construction when replacing our deck railing. I really liked that when he assessed our situation, he provided three ways we could approach the project with specific pricing options. The end product turned out even better than anticipated! Victor and his team did a professional job sanding, fixing screws and staining my deck. Methodical, honest and thorough in their approach. Showed up everyday and researched as needed to use the best stain for the condition of the deck
