We had our deck rebuilt recently, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Victor communicated clearly throughout the project, was conscientious, and always arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about current building codes and even pointed out several issues where our old deck was not in compliance. He was open to questions and changes, and did a great job of cleaning up every night during both the demolition and construction phases, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, the quality of his work is excellent — our deck looks fantastic and is built to last. Highly recommended!

Exceptional work in everyway. Victor's youth and youthful appearance belies his excellent workmanship and strong work ethic. Victor deconstructed two large section of roof and supporting columns due to water getting behind stucco and a failed drange system. Victor then rebuilt the two roof sections to match what had been there before. One section was re-stuccoed (stocco done by others) but roofing stucco work was coordinated with the new roof built by Victor. Second section of the roof was also built by Victor as a series of boxes to coordinate with an attached gazebo. (Photo of new work shown). Victor was fast and flexible with a strong desire to please his customer. The construction was carried out with care and precision (almost more like furniture building than roof decking). The final result was an excellent reconstruction.

I had a wonderful experience working with Victor. He listened to my needs, offered great suggestions for which I'm very grateful because the end result is a great looking deck. He did some repairs caused by my pip chewing when she was you d and another contractor who damaged a couple boards and the repairs we excellent!!! I will go straight to Victor when I redo our front porch! Thank you Victor for a wonderful deck space for the upcoming summer
