I hired Splendor Construction to correct damage after 2 floods in my home. The scope of work included redoing my basement bathroom - flooring, shower, drywall, paint, plumbing, and baseboards. Repairing, texturing, and painting ceilings on my first floor. And regrouting my master bathroom floor. Modest and his crew did outstanding work on the entire scope of work. They were meticulous and hard working. I had to travel during a portion of the project timeline and felt very comfortable trusting them in my home while I was gone. Their pricing is competitive and there weren’t any change orders to the original estimate. Overall I am thrilled with the results and would recommend Splendor Construction for high quality workmanship and beautiful results.

These guys showed up on time every day had their heads down and work their butts off all day. Very impressive. They had vast knowledge of what needed to be done and how to get it done. Wish I had met them sooner. They did a great job cleaning up a massive mess left by incompetent contractors before them. Do yourself a favor and hire them from the start.
