- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in being upfront and transparent with my pricing. My hourly rates are posted for the various services I offer, so you’ll always know what to expect. I’ll also provide an estimate of how long I anticipate your project will take, giving you a clear idea of the cost before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by communicating to fully understand the project’s scope and to schedule services. At our first meeting, I’ll walk through the project with you to ensure we’re aligned on expectations. After completing the work, I’ll do a post-project walkthrough with you to confirm everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my construction journey at Chippewa Valley Technical College, where I graduated with a technical degree in Residential Construction. Following that, I gained hands-on experience by working with several construction companies: Brooks Home Renovations in Eau Claire, WI, which focused on remodels and renovations; JLW Construction in Sheldon, WI, specializing in new home construction; and Fencing Plus Inc. in Sheldon, WI, where I worked with yard work, fencing, and landscaping.
