Have a competent person do the job. The person sent to do the job had never installed a door before and didn't know that the door needed to be chiseled for the hinges. He also tried to hang the door upside down. He didn't complete the job and took my door knob. They also kept me waiting hours for scheduled appointment times, then didn't show up—just a total incompetent mess. I now have no bedroom door and am moving on to someone else to complete the job.
