Hired Raul to put Christmas lights in a tall tree in our back yard. Raul started very responsive, came on agreed upon day. Raul hung the lights in half of our tree, said the other half was too hard. I contacted him after we saw the tree lit at night and the lights turned off. (The faulty lights were my fault) I asked if Raul would be willing to come back if I bought better lights, he agreed. It is an hour past our agreed upon time. I have reached out twice to confirm our appointment, I have not heard back, nor has Raul arrived.
