I’m really impressed with the floor installation work! Wilian and his team are professional and fast. Wilian did the leveling the day before and truly went above and beyond. We had a few installers give us opinions on where leveling was needed, and Wilian was the only one who didn’t try to cut corners. We’ve learned the hard way just how important proper leveling is for floor installation, and we felt confident in Wilian’s work. We couldn't be happier with Silva's!!! We had a low spot that was causing our LVP to buckle. We found Silva's and they came right out and assessed the situation. They explained their recommendation to repair the unlevel area. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and the quality of their work. They spent 2 days fixing the area of concern, and I'm so happy with the result! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and they left the area clean and spotless afterward. Top notch all the way, a real professional. It was a tricky job to interweave and match an existing red oak hardwood in a hallway into an office that had been carpet with a diagonal transition. Once it was refinished, it looks perfect with no visual hint it was ever two different jobs. Highly recommend.
