Norma is an awesome housecleaner. She and her husband Miguel do a thorough, excellent job and only use natural and safe cleaning supplies while cleaning our house. Hire her! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by house not by hour. 1st cleaning will be pricier than the rest. Once we establish a good cleaning schedule we can figure out discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting more information about them being able to communicate is very important. Typically we like to see the house first to give a price on what needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been cleaning for 10+ years. Started with a company in San Diego and have now ventured out on our own.
