- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge a little higher than other cleaning companies because we take our time with our cleans. We never work by the hour because we believe that the quality of the clean is much more important than the time we spend cleaning. We don’t cut corners, we clean them!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new clients is SIMPLE. We confirm a date and price for your cleaning, I set you up in our Appointment scheduler, you receive messages directly to your phone regarding the clean. You can schedule, cancel and reschedule as you need! We accept cash, check, Venmo and other forms can be discussed if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sounds silly but I’ve worked with many companies that train on proper ways to clean. Water World, Planet Fitness, I Love Lucy’s Cleaning Service, Village Inn and so much more. All these places have provided training on best cleaning techniques for the equipment at hand.
