- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know that if they require an extra service, it would have an additional cost in cleaning, keep in mind that the price per cleaning may vary according to the frequency of the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a conversation with the client, to build trust and show that their homes will really be clean at the end of my service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have a high level of study, but I like my job. I feel that I am useful for many families who work hard and don’t have too much time to clean their homes.
