Working with Jay and his team was such a treat from start to finish. On our first call together, I could feel his excitement through the phone.
Jay clearly enjoys his work, and it shows in the quality.
We had him redo our entire kitchen (cabinets and paint). While it was an exhaustive process, Jay did a great job of setting expectations and delivering on deadlines. I appreciated his communication every step of the way.
When the project was done, Jay asked us to live in it and find any flaws that he might have missed. We did, for a week, and even though he had to drive over an hour to get to us … he came back and fixed everything we had flagged.
I cannot recommend Jay enough, and absolutely love our new kitchen.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as pricing, it varies depending on the type of work , the square footage of the property or the size/ complexity of the job but pricing will always be fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for meeting a new client usually consists of a meet and greet, a walk through of the job site property, and within the day I can do my research and give an accurate quote
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing maintenance and painting work at a young age. Also as a make ready specialist for multiple property groups the past 5 years. I am also currently furthering my education on the I.T./ administration side of the business to help my wife and I continue to improve company management.
